About me

I offer long and short-term face to face counselling for adults and young people aged 16 + from comfortable and safe therapy rooms in Henley on Thames.

Alongside my private practice I volunteer for a mental health charity that supports young people in Reading. I also have experience working as a Counsellor to young people in a number of educational settings locally. Before training as a Counsellor, I worked in Corporate Communications for 15 years at The Football Association, Wembley Stadium and British Airways. I live locally with my partner and two children.

Qualifications

Registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy (CPTA), awarded by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).
Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies, CPTA, CPCAB
Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, CPTA, CPCAB
BA (hons) degree in French from The University of Leeds.
Registered member of the BACP I adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
